Welcome to Colourntone! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.colourntone.com.au), products, and services, including purchases of DIY hair colour kits and consultations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted here.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

We ship Australia-wide from our local warehouse.
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over $50 AUD.
Colourntone is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, though we’ll assist where possible.
International shipping is not currently available.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
Custom-mixed kits (e.g., from consultations) are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact us at colourntone@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost – just let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Our consultation service provides personalised colour recommendations based on the photos and information you submit.
We require 4 images of your hair (as outlined on the Consultation page) to provide accurate advice.
While we strive for perfection, colour results may vary due to hair type, condition, or application.
If you’re unhappy with your consultation result, contact us within 14 days for a free re-consultation or product adjustment.
